Our Managing Director, Dhiren P. Bhuta, after successfully completing his Diploma in Mechanical Engineering joined his father, Pranlal C. Bhuta in his Mild Steel Scrap Business in Gujarat at the tender age of 18. After gaining five golden years of experience, Dhiren Bhuta founded Classic Chemicals in Mumbai, Maharashtra as a trading house of chemicals pertaining to the Paints and Coatings Industry of India. As the portfolio widened he changed the name to Classic Solvents Pvt Ltd. Strategically, the company changed its model from B2B to B2C in the coming years. As the company grew, Classic Solvents opened branches in various regions of India like Gujarat, Kerala and Delhi as well. Industries like the Plastic Masterbatch, Inks, Textiles, Tiles, Construction Chemicals, Rubber, etc. were added to the portfolio. Today Classic Solvents is known as one of the largest distributors of chemical products and revered for their ethical business model by their customers and suppliers all over India.
