VAE binders are highly flexible and offer superior adhesion to a wide variety of substrates, including porous materials, wood, and paper. Characterized by their soft, elastomeric films and typically very low VOC content, they are extensively utilized in adhesives (especially for packaging and woodworking), non-woven fabrics, paper coatings, and construction applications where flexibility and strong initial tack are crucial.
